"Thirteenth Step" is the second studio album by A Perfect Circle. The supergroup was formed in 1999 by Guitarist Billy Howerdel and Tool singer Maynard James Keenan. Originally released in 2003 the album sold very well, peaking at number two on the Billboard 200 78 weeks on the charts. The album spawned three singles: "Weak And Powerless" topped both the both the mainstream rock chart and the modern rock chart Modern Rock charts, closely followed by "The Outsider" and "Blue", which also claimed chart positions for themselves.
