Wide Awake in America (1985) is a four-track half live, half studio EP by U2, originally released in North America and Japan before seeing an international release in the late 1980s.

Side A captures live performances of “A Sort of Homecoming” and “Bad” from UK shows on The Unforgettable Fire tour in late 1984. Side B features two rare B-sides from The Unforgettable Fire 12" single: “The Three Sunrises” and “Love Comes Tumbling.”

This EP offers a concise but powerful snapshot of U2’s mid-80s evolution, blending live energy with studio experimentation.
